Nancy Groves

Nancy Sue Groves, age 69, of Cohutta, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020 at Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, Hoyal Turner, Sr.; mother, Thelma Turner; stepmother, Jane Turner and brother, Don Turner. She was a member of Dawnville United Methodist Church, loved her grandkids and enjoyed watching Hallmark movies. She is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Groves of Cohutta; three sons and daughters-in-law, Robbie and Jana Groves of Benge, Washington; Tyler and Fawn Groves of Old Fort, TN and Brady and Leigh Groves of Dalton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Margaret and Mike Baldwin of Tampa, FL and Jennie and Ron Lee of McDonough, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Hoyal Turner, Jr. of Ft. Oglethorpe, David and Ronda Turner of Ringgold, Barry and Kendra Turner of Dalton and Don and Jackie Vandagriff of Etowah, TN; grandchildren, Elli Hooper, Parker Groves, McKaylynn Yarnell, Wrangler Groves and R.J. Groves. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2020 in the Pleasant Grove Chapel with Rev. Kenny Bailey officiating.
